areas south via Route 295 (Baltimore/Washington Parkway)
(We
are less than 10 minutes from Route 295.)
Take
Rt. 295 (Baltimore/Washington Parkway) north toward Baltimore.
Take the exit for I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) toward Towson.
Take Exit 10 (Washington Blvd.) off I-695.
At the traffic light, turn left onto Washington Blvd., heading south.
Drive approximately 1/2 mile.
(When you get to the traffic light at Sulphur Spring
Road, Monumental is 3/10 mile further, on the left.)
Turn left onto Monumental Ave. (The
sign says Monumental Road.)
(If you miss Monumental, you will immediately drive through a traffic
light and pass a Royal Farms convenience store/gas station

Take
I-95 north to exit 47A (I-195 east toward BWI)
Almost immediately, take Exit 3 (Washington Blvd.)
Turn left at the traffic light onto Washington Blvd., heading north.
Drive 1.8 miles, which is 4 more traffic lights.
(As you travel north on Washington Blvd., Route 1 will
split to the right. DO NOT go that way. Stay on Washington Blvd., which
is now also called Alternate Route 1.)
Just after the 4th traffic light, turn right onto
Monumental Ave. (The
sign says Monumental Road.)
(If you miss Monumental, you will pass Action Earth Satellite Company
on the left.)

Take Exit 11B to Sulphur Spring Road. (Exit 11 is initially marked I-95.)
At the stop sign, turn left onto Sulphur Spring Road .
At the traffic light, turn right onto Washington Blvd., heading south.
Drive 3/10 mile on Washington Blvd.
Turn left onto Monumental Ave. (The
sign says Monumental Road.)
